HELP......SWAP OR STICK ????

Your expert opinions needed now lads and lassies :y - should i change my facelift '51 plate, black V6 2.6 auto, just had cambelt done, 84k on clock...........for a 98, 'S' elite 3.0 auto, all singing and dancin  mmmm
sat nav, leather etc....... 115k on clock, has svce history, 1 previous owner, cambelt has been changed bla bla bla.............
I am really in a tizz about this one, so need help.........shall i go back in age and slightly more miles? - or forfeit that for the Elite luxury?? - were they problem models?? ALL YOUR THOUGHTS/COMMENTS ARE VERY WELCOME

PS - SHWBO  not keen as i just got this one, and shelled out on cambelt, and would lose money on selling it...but i pointed out the fact of higher tax, but NOT so on the Elite. - must count for something

stick with the 51 plate.... as soon as it breaks you know she will make your life hell (times 2 if shes driving it when it does)  ;D ;D ;D ;D

You'd much rather swap for a nice TD Elite ;D

I much prefer the swage line that continues on from the wings onto the preface lift bonnet than the 'Astra G' look of the facelift bonnet. Also the dark tail lights.

really dont like the interior of the facelifts espically that awfull stereo  :P

Facelift much nicer looking :y Could swap you for a 2.2 if it gets you out of trouble ;D ;D ;D

Actually I am dredding the next few months.  Missus has got 9 months off work and I am used to her being away half the month and giving me space........  :-?

by the way, anyone run 225/40/18's on their mig? - whats the ride like on standard suspension?? - cheers :y :y
