OOF Shop customers
« on: 29 September 2008, 09:40:58 »

If you have bought any item from OOF shop, we would apprciate feedback on that item, so that others can see what other people thought of the item.

To leave feedback, go to the shop, look up the item you purchased, and click on Write Review (or if there are already Reviews for that item, click on Read Reviews, then Write Review).

Your help and feedback is very much appreciated :y

Well, I'd do it in a heartbeat, but every time I try to log on in the shop my password gets rejected!

I am glad of this thread TB to have the opportunity to querry something. :-? :-?

I have just opened an account with the shop and bought a V6 Cambelt DVD.  However although I have paid via a Visa Debit Card, all receipts and records record the payment as via "Paypal".  Why??

Thanks TB!  :) ;)

Paypal is the only payment type we accept.  Paypal allows end users (shop customers) a choice of ways of paying, inc credit and debit cards without a Paypal account.  But its all still processed via Paypal.

Hope that explains it?

Bought a few bits, went to write a happy review but was welcomed as a guest, wanted me to fill everything in. Does this page recognize annoying but none the less devoted members, is this a glitch, or have i done something wrong? (Quite possible)!!!

    P.S. Waiting for XXL Black t shirts. ::) 8-)

Thanks for all the feedback so far - it helps us decide on what to carry, and what to drop.  But more importantly, it allows members to make an informed decision on whether to purchase an item or not.

Possible.

I failed the login, looked back through my emails to find out what email address I used to login with. Still couldn't remember (or maybe it was couldn't type) my password. So I requested a new one and it was plain sailing from there...

Err - just to make it clear. OOF Shop login is completely different from OOF Forum login.

If you've created an OOF Shop account before - it's a matter of remembering it.

If it's your first visit to the Shop - YOU WILL need to create a new account. The Shop doesn't know you from the Forum. TB has explained this previously.
