A woman using the dispensary at the Tesco store in Cleethorpes, Lincs, was refused her request to purchase the "morning after pill" by the pharmacist.  The reason given was that it was against his religion!!!!

Guess what?  Tesco agree that their pharmacist was acting within his rights!  

The customer was apparently informed where else she could buy the tablets, and if I was her that would include all future needs of groceries!!

There's an old guy lives opposite me, who's a preacher at a local Baptist church & the other day he was weeding his garden & when he thought no one was looking he threw the weeds over into next doors garden, the wheelie bin's only a few feet away from him. So much for religion. PAA

Has anyone tried there Soooopa Low car insurance  LOL ! got a quote online few days ago almost dbl what some companies have quoted me sent em a reply saying that no answer as yet very unlikely i will get one .

Remember when the Morning after pill was available from the Doctors only?

The only way they could move it on to be so much more available, was to add the ability for pharmacists to choose whether they wanted to sell it.

I don't agree with the ability to decide whether an individual wants to sell it or not, don't really see how different it is to arriving with a prescription, don't think they could refuse that.

End of the day it is now MUCH easier to get than it was...try needing it at a weekend a few years back - you had no chance!
