carin sat nav

there is a carin sat nav on the bay from an omega saloon buy it now £59.99, im surprised no-one from here has snapped it up,
p.s its not mine by the way

if it were just the cd drive id buy it myself as mine plays up from time to time and wont eject the cd

lol, thats a new one, normally when they play up, they constantly spit the cd out ;D

yeah i thought so, when it plays up all i get on the display is the option of standby and cd wont eject,

no m8 im using a genuine disc, its a vdo dayton europe and ireland disc

If it's any consolation mine will do similar. It usually waits till you really really need help with directions and then does the the 'stand-by' bit and no amount of turning it off & on again will make it play  games. If you park up for 'a while' it wi sometimes play ball! I've never really looked at which fuse supplies it.

Before it does it next time, check the temp (service menu) after running carin for a while, seems to run low 40s - any higher may be a overheating problem...

Do I need a code for the service menu? There's a 6 in it and ...... errr .....  :-/ I can't remember the rest!  ::)
