calm down m8 - its just one proposal - the government (thanks to giving the banks £500bn) - dont have the money to waste on this kind of thing anymore  ;D  :y :y

Of course, you're right, Bannjaxx, it's just that the merest suggestion of government control on this scale would have been unthinkable a decade ago. Now, it's commonplace...and no one seems to complain. ::)

Personal freedom within a democratically agreed legal framework is what makes us human.

That's because we all know it will never happen Nick. It's just the usual story of a government funded bunch of tossers trying to justify their existence.

After work thrash your car all the way home and then put a plastic bottle in the household waste bin. You'll feel better for it :y
