ARGHH Lost wheel Key!

I left my coat on a train the other day, and I am sure my wheel locking key was in the pocket following recent use.

So, looks like I've lost the beggar.

Any tips for getting the locking studs out? It's the VX/Renault star type key. I have the box the studs came in...  :-/

£30 from vaux for replacement key james !!  :o

£30 from vaux for replacement key james !!  :o

Seen a few keys on ebay with the same pattern as mine - what's the chances of getting lucky?

If theres a number on the box, take it to VXL with V5 and some I.D. and they will get you a new one for £28ish

Its what i had to do couple of months ago  :)

not too expensive from vx but you need a number, i believe there are about 30 different types, although i cant remember where i got that info...might have dreamt it :-/

when i got my V6 i asked in the local main dealer about this and was told there isn't one. as i was driving it to Scotland the next day  i needed it sorted sharpish so ended up at local tyre place getting them chiselled off for me

i thought the omega locking wheel nut thing was the three prong key which is standard for vauxhall and renault?

i found mine the other day... never guess where i found it :P

Post it up then....all the keys carnt be different  :-/....someone on here might have the same key and willing to lend....to get them off  :y
