Ebay notification page
« on: 11 October 2008, 21:30:38 »

www.retrobike.co.uk which I frequent has an Ebay watch page where people often put things that they have seen that they may not want but other forum members may need.

Would this be a welcome idea here? It seems to work well there as often you may not be activly looking for an XYZ but is one came up you'd have it.

Good idea but can see it being open to abuse. IE people pushing their own ebay items in order to hyke the prices up with a mini bidding war. Just my tuppence  ::) :y

tbh i think if somebody wanted something then they'd either look once in a while or bother to ask people on the forum if they were unsure where to get it from and then it's upto somebody that knows where to find part xyz and then tell them if they want to tell them
just my opinion
