i dont celebrate xmas being an anti xmas celebrater. it still costs a small fortune in presents for the kids and my x. no tree, no decorations or cards allowed in my house. i do watch life of brian as its seasonal  ;D ;D ;D

They were playing christmas carols in Mcdonalds today!

I love christmas but it does start too early these days!

Im a big kid when it comes to Christmas, I love it, but October is way to soon for decorations.

Everyone should start celebrating worrying about Christmas when I do. When I slope oiff early from work on Christmas eve and start the Christmas shopping. Shops doing anything remotely Christmas based before them will cause me to leave empty handed. >:(

Suspect the wife and I will be sharing a vegetarian sausage on our own on Christmas Day.  Younger son zooming off to USA for 2 weeks on the day, daughter working, doubt if older son will be able to make it either - he had last Christmas day off, so he's unlikely to get it free this year.

With no kids around, we probably won't bother with a £25 6' tree either.  Hope there's something good on the telly...

December the 1st I put up my lights, I know thats still too early, but its just a nice change to light the room up with those than a harsh single white bulb.

I put the out side lights up about 2 - 3 weeks before Christmas, we have a reputation in the village for out christmas display ::)

And an increasing reputation for spooky noises and going on's on Halloween, have to scare the little darlings, problem is we get every kd in the village over the evening.  ;D ;D ;D

I was like that when I was single, used to drive mini cabs, well execuive hire as I had a Rover 827 ;D ;D ;D part time when I was in Hertfordshire and always worked christmas Eve, but the only place I would be on New Year eve was in the Pub. :y

Now, with kids, well.... ;D ;D ;D
