Must admit I went to look at a Gamma 500 when I had my Power Valve as a step up from it, but wasn't impressed with the one I went to see.... so didn't have it, but I have tried a few times to catch a couple which i didn't succeed in doing with a YPVS ;D  also struggled against the NS400R which also look gorgeous, but still a 2 stroke boy at heart me thinks :y
This is the same colour as the one i looked at which was also there today, still get my pulse racing :y

After seeing your pics l-k,I am thinking that if I get tickets next year I might have to keep them, and make the journey ;D ;D
looks like you had a brilliant day. :y
About those Nortons, got mixed feelings. got caught riding a dunstall commando when I was 16 :-[ :-[ (arse kicking from judge)
Later found out that as well as leaking oil like an old texas well, they dont like it when you rev them reaaly hard.bloke behind had a big lump of exhaust valve stuck in his helmet and one conrod came out to see what the outside world looked like. :D ;D

Would have needed a drip basin, not a tray ;D ;D.......no wonder the japs put them out of business. I must say though that in its time it did handle well, if the vibration didnt shake your hands of the bars mid corner.  :D ;D
