Dave,
The Data Protection Act is a farce. I know of several organisations, (including a Local Council), who've clearly never heard of it, judging by the private info. they reveal without question.
I know why you were suspected of being on something. You're too bloody laid back.  ;D ;D

Just caught up on this Dave.

If someone had reported you on suspicion of drink driving, there is no way you would have been initially approached by civillian PCSOs - you would have had a response car after you and get breathalised by a Police officer!

It sounds very much to me like PCSO's suspecting it *might* be the case, but because they don't have the power to breathalise you, they had to call some warranted colleagues to deal with it.

The IDEA of a PCSO role I believe is a good one, but there is a lot of skeptcism about how it actually works and quite often I think it's justified.

End of the day you know you've not had a drop, and the breath test proved it - so nothing whatsover to worry about  :y

SO, the question is, being a Taxi Driver......did you have the meter running during all this and charge them at the end?
