Merry Hill Centre, Dudley

We went to Merry Hill today, and had stellar service from all of the stores!  The most mind-blowing experience was PC World, we were stunned!  :o

We're making the trip again next time just for the service.  :y

Trains may have been invented here, but public transport is a foreign concept!

Last time I can remember having excellent service was in the u.s.
service and pc world are not words normally found in the same sentence, lets hope it spreads. There will be a lot of competition for a decreasing number of customers for the forseeable future. :y

I bought my last PC from PC World. I walked in, picked the one I wanted and refused all offers of warranties and the like. The young lad was just about coping until I gave him £700 in cash. He went off to find someone as he didn't know 'how to do cash'.  :)
