I'm on my third frothy maker, every time its the same fault, the heat/froth button does not switch on. the stir button works so it must be a stat failure or switch is faulty. i wont bother with a forth !!!

Buy a decent one then!

Try a Topfield 5800 or Humax 9200

are they HD recorders by any chance? might spend a decent wedge on one if it does plenty but recording would be a bonus, i can do away with all my old stuff then, since my DVD recorder's on its last legs aswell
