Leave it till Monday?

Just returned from Amsterdam - I feel like rubbish but it's mostly self inflicted (alcohol).  ::)

However, the end of one of my fingers (middle finger) on my left hand is totally numb and tingling, it has been for about 48hours. It's painful to touch, and it's also a bit swollen. In addidion to that, I seem to be in a lot of pain under my left armpit, running down the muscle in my arm.

Don't think it warrants immediate assistance, but it's a right PITA.
Shall I just get the Doc to shoot me?  :D

I might just sit in the bath and accept some relief from Dr Stella....

Btw, so sorry I can't make tonight for a curry. Definately next time :y

That needs looking at now. Sounds like an infection, esp if your lymph glands are sore/swollen.

That needs looking at now. Sounds like an infection, esp if your lymph glands are sore/swollen.

Yes - lymph glands. It's why your armpit hurts. If you are feeling rough it could be the infection, not the beer.

I would give NHS Direct a ring. See what they say...

I wouldn't mention that you might have picked up an infection in Amsterdam though -- no one will listen to any possible explanation after that!  ::)
