doctor just rang me

results of yesterdays blod tests. have to go and collect a prescription. my iron level is very low  :(
x-ray results next then ultrasound on friday.  i guess this means i have to change my diet now.

Hope that everything turns out O.K Richie.......on the plus side ....there is a lot of iron in beer .......drink plenty of Guinness :y

got me tabs. ferrous fumarate. 2 a day and by the looks of it for 50 days worth here. i guess im gonna be on these a while then  :-?

theres lots of iron many foods that are usually eaten regularly

Baked Beans / Bran Flakes /Bananas /Spinach (yuk) even a boiled egg.
so tonight get yourself some...  beans on toasted wholemeal bread + a boiled egg to  dip your soldiers in  ;D
washed down with a glass of milk  :y

Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no iron whatsoever in Guiness or any beer I know.  It was all a scam to increase their turnover by convincing doctors to 'prescribe' it to preggers chicks.

Also Guiness was actually invented by mistake  :y
