In the South-East heavy rain and strong winds, but as expected unfortunately! :'(

But, this good old fashioned British winter with snow has started nice an early for once, so I believe we could be in for a real 1947/48 or 1963/4 type record breaker for plenty of snoooooowwwwwwww!!!! :D :D ;)

Strong winds overnight kept me awake, 6am I went for a pee and it was white over as I looked out.  had all turned to slush when I got up though.

Well I woke up to about 1-2 cm of snow this morning, I wasn't going to venture out at first for fear of damaging the mig but had to really as had to get girlfriend to work in Leeds city centre and then myself a little later on! There was abandoned cars everywhere in the estate, and saw a brand new BMW loose it on a roundabout as he was going to fast, The mig performed much better than I expected it too but I was very slow and very carefull!! Snow mode and TC helped allot.

Safely at work now!! just hoping we don't get snowed in as more snow is predicted before 12.  :'(
