I been following the new version of
Survivors on BBC. I saw the original in the 70s and not sure if this is better or not.
Anyway, regardless, can you imagine what you would do if you were one of the 1% of the population still alive? Would you bother anymore with a car? :-? :-?
Or, if like me, would you select from the millions of cars laying "spare" around the country, chose the best and go driving down the empty motorways; zzzzzzoooooooooommmmmmm!! 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)
Anyway, seriously, assuming you could extract some of the billions of gallons of fuel sitting in garage forecourt tanks by some means (no electricity to run the pumps!!), what car would you pick? Then how long would you keep it for before finding another one?
Would you pick a pratical car (4x4), coach, lorry, or a supercar? Would you only consider a fuel efficient car (given petrol will eventually go "out of date") or a gas guzzler thinking "what the f'ck!"
No, you wouldn't worry about the emmissions of each vehicle!!!!
Lets say you could select six vehicles at any one time; what would you pick?? :-? :-? :-?
Also if one of them, that you "fall in love with" requires repairs would you bother finding the parts required, or just grab another vehicle from the endless supply?
All this of course with some nasty people floating around, protecting "their" recent acquistions and themselves fighting for survival!
