hiya,
just wondering if we can have a trade reference or dispute atleast section as i'm getting a bit fed up of requesting money sent via paypal from a forum user who just seems to egnore my pms asking for my money to be sent to my paypal and just avoids the subject

yes skruntie and funnily enough, sorry to name names but i'm getting a bit fed up- is involving mutantcav

in my opinion i'v given him plenty of chances to send me some money that he owes from selling some parts for me which he made money on selling them for me

Sadly it's his own fault.  If anyone salls parts on the forum they should look after thier reputation.

well i dont know... i'm just fed up, i keep asking for it because there's stuff i need to buy and i should have the money and i shouldnt have to keep asking for it... maybe i'll have to start getting a more annoying and unavoidable

It certainly won't do his reputation as a breaker much good, I'm now having second thoughts about buying parts from him after hearing about your troubles :-?

I dont really like or want to talk negative about members but this is not the 1st or even 2nd time.

So come on Chris, prove us all wrong and sort this kind gentleman out with the parts you agreed to sort out for him.

Not avoiding your messages and was waiting on hearing if you wanted this engine...didnt know you wanted or needed the money till you messaged 20 minutes before posting this...you will get your money mate and you can just pay me it back if you want the engine lol To be honest I'm shocked by this post after finding you a dirt cheap car recently at your request, going down to Luton to collect it and tow it back here for you and then towing it back to your house, not charging you for my time and effort in any way, just for the cost of the car and the fuel (in fact probably cost me slightly more in fuel tbh) but thats not on any post on here I'm sure??

In the past I have had a couple of issues with delivery times, but everyone has either had their stuff or been refunded in full, delays were my fault but listened to and sorted things so amny many people have had their stuff promptly since and as far as I'm aware there have been no issues since the problems with Steve's car which was as a result of a faulty header tank cap as it turns out and everyone has been happy with both delivery times and the goods they received...

Alex is not waiting on goods Skruntie...but he waiting which I will deal with promptly

right everybody, i'v pm'd chris so now it's the waiting game and i'll put the status of this when it's resolved.

i dont really like saying negative or even bad things about people, i just thought i'd already asked you a couple of times about it

nobody really wants to put anything like this because it ends up bringing old things up- most of my experience with chris has been positive, it's just these niggles

the reason i posted on here to begin with chris was because i thought you were egnoring my pm's about the money.... if it's not a problem then there shouldnt be fuss about it.
anyway i'm quite happy to sort it out in pm's but if you sort it out in here then you can show everybody that even if things go wrong and people do complain in the forum about you or any other members for that matter then you can show everybody that you can sort things out so people should do business with you because your willing to sort things out wether they're your fault or if it's a case of breakdown of communication/missunderstanding

Gents, its looking like this has been a misunderstanding that has since been understood?  If so, would suggest that its sorted out by PM.  If it goes fubar or simply fails to be resolved, by all means, raise a complaint and we will see what we can do to resolve....

Being sorted in PM now and believe me it will be sorted...just as any past issues have been...I'm sorry for the misunderstanding Alex between us and will make sure its resolved asap

Hopefully this will be the last post on this other than the one from Alex confirming it has all been resolved satisfactorily...
