If you can have him charged with assault then do so but bear in mind she may have to give evidence which she won't be up to at the moment (not sure on that one)

I know it's not easy mate. I HATE bullies which is all he is. I can see it's going to happen, any of us would, but you getting banged up won't help your sister or Mrs. The longer you can leave it the better.

just a quick update on the situation
my sister is alot better in a ward doing great
thanks for all the surport she will be out very soon

1 problem
i have been up the hospital nearly all day and me and my sis was talking about how she is looking forward to spending crimbo with me the mrs and kids
then he boy friend walked in and over herd
he put his foot straight down having a go at me
i kept my cool following everyone's advice on here
the nurse told me and him to keep quiet or go out side
he said straight away "out side now"
so we went out side and he said no way is she stopping with you over crimbo she is coming home with me weather me or my sis or family likes it or not

so i told him straight if he starts trying to rule her he is gonna have me to deal with

from that he came at me and slammed me against the wall twice
its cut the back of my head open a little
i then flipped
i kept my cool long enough

i gave him a damn good hiding (not going in to much detail but he came alot worse off)

my sis is considering leaving him and moving back in with my mom

ill keep you all posted on what happens

ive a sister like, that, she gave my mums sister a right hander at my nans funeral yrs ago. knocked her flying too.

its great to see women that can stand up for them selves and show that women dont have to be bullied by they husbands / boy friend or any other bloke or woman

the last time i saw 2 women fight was at a mud wrestling venue

First and foremost my thoughts are with your sister and that she will be ok.

As for her muppet boyfriend I would involve the police and whoever else you can think of, if they can prove he is at fault they may well lock him away.


The last thing you need at a time like this is agro or violence.

At this time your sister needs you matey, the BF can wait till later and when least expecting it.

ive talked my sister into spending time at my house with my mrs and kids when she gets out the hospital
both me and the mrs will sit her down and have a chat

If you back off from finding out what happened tou will find your mum is the most likely to get the truth from her and will know the best timr to talk to your sister.

Self defence comes to mind plus ABH, so I doubt very much he will go to the police. Did you get the head injury looked at whilst you were at the hospital? If you did then this will be on your file at the hospital and could be used in evidence if he decided to go to the police. So one for you and nothing for him.
What your sis needs to do now is file a complaint against her BF then get a court injuction out on him as she could be in fear of her life as she is an abused wife/GF, this will keep him away for good.
