 i packed up smoking last yr did the cessation course, lasted 2 weeks. had loads of patches left over until my m8s 5 yr old daughter cut her leg and i used 1 for a plaster, shes now a 6 yr old chain smoker. on capstan full strength  ;D ;D ;D
