Mills & Boon Romance - Warning May Offend Male Ego
« on: 11 January 2009, 16:53:34 »

I have written books for myself for many years, usually romance. I have just completed a Mills & Boon romance which I am going to send off to them to see if I can get it published. Anyway I have already sent off the 1st three chapters for them to look at.

I don't expect to get much response from this thread, as all you Omega Owners are raw meat eating Males, Lady OOfers excepted, but I do think you could learn a lot about how a woman feels from reading these books.

They are the modern romance and not at all like the slushy Barbra Cartland type ones.

Personally I think it should be compulsory for all men to read at least 3 of these modern romances, and they may get an inkling into how women think. :D :D :D :D

Mr Dusty excepted obviously :y

Best wishes

Been their Dusty, done that and it was more than 3 books .Before the male population of the OOF gives me a load of greif let me say why i read them
the wife was very ill and was desperate to find out how a book ended so i said I'd read it to her MY MISTAKE .Over 3 weeks i must have read 20 books to her some were quite raunchy while others were sloppy not my usual reading material but it kept the wife quiet and i earned loadsa brownie points.  :P :P ;D ;D

I love your boldness and style Dusty, but to encourage the red neck, meat eating, solid drinking, hard sex, real men on this male orientated Forum to even recognise what Mills & Boon books are, let along the love, romance, caring and true relationship content of  them is a very tall order indeed!! :o :o :o

Great for you to try though Dusty :y :y :y :y.

Thanks for that Zippo

If it is accepted then it would be 12 -18 weeks. Though I must stress that it is a long shot.

Promise to send you a copy though if all goes well :y :-* :-* :-*
