I am with f2s ( http://www.freedom2surf.net/adsl/homeuser.php?is=m1hbb&is=hpm )

Not the best or fastest, but cheap and fairly reliable, and you get to speak to a UK call centre.

Downside is they are now owned by one of the bigger companies, think it may be pipex.

I am about 1k from the exchange and can get 6mb download speed at times. usually about 2,5k to 4k.

HTH

Mike

P.S If you do sign up with them by anychance please put in the user box recommended by mt2 I get £15 that way  ;D Well I gotta try and earn a few quid in a recession.

To be honest I would say BT are the best via Phone cable.

I've been with The Utility Warehouse(£24.99)for a few months now and have had no problems at all unlike AOL which kept dropping offline.

They also do Home phone(free calls 24/7 to 01,02 & 03 #s when signed up to the whole package not including Mobile), Mobile phone & Gas & Electric.
