Not so long ago I used to have a can of Red Bull before I went to sleep and I slept like a baby (no I didn't wake up in a pile of my own sh*t before any clever bugger says it...).

When I used to drink tea before I went to bed it used to give me fizzy legs and I fidgeted like crazy which annoyed the hell out of the wife...hmm, can't see why I stopped that really.

But I cut all that out and now I sleep ok....he says sitting here wide awake at 12.40am hehe.

I have texted Timbuk to dig it out.... but I think he has died
