How did you re-size it & what format is it saved as?

How the hell would I know - I'm clueless?  I tried resizing it to Avatar but the quality didn't improve.  Basically I took it with a 3meg Canon camera and uploaded it to Photobucket.  Saved as a jpg 800 x 600 (83kb) with all this blurb underneath

Camera make: Canon
Camera model: Canon PowerShot A520
Date/Time: 2006:11:26 12:06:15
Resolution: 800 x 600
Flash used: No (auto)
Focal length: 5.8mm (35mm equivalent: 37mm)
CCD width: 5.69mm

Whitebalance: Auto
Metering Mode: matrix

It's all greek to me  :-?
