wrt leccy hookups, as per all previous meets, my power needs are minimal, so if not enough hookups, can happily share via extension lead with others who need minimal power.

All I need to power is my fridge, phone, light and laptop chargers, airbed pump, so no problem to share with someone else with similar requirements.  Most camping hookups are either 6A or 10A.

I think at lakes last year, I had a hookup, extension to the Zoks, with a further extension to Jimbob...

Nah, power was me to you to zok to paulw

Dean, there is a microwave in the kitchen, so no worrys for sterilizing.

Failing that boil em on a camping stove, or even use milton.

No probs with young'uns
Don't remember an extension lead that reached from you, all the way across the field to PaulW....  ....mind you I was in a mucking fuddle most of the time ::)

At the Lakes, Ms Hitler was a bit anti leccy sharing, esp as the power kept tripping (due to their poor setup), but no such problems at Newent :y

Your must have been in a muddle, his tent was damn near next to ours!

I have been on the phone to the Owner of the Site...

We can have around 40 pitches, some of which will be in the Adult Area which is just across the driveway so only throwing distance away.

So anyone taking their children who will be welcome at the site, Please will you state this in your PM to me so I know you need to go on the family side.

Can we class Supermop/Greg as a child, as its probably wise to have the bob.dent's BBQ near (though probably not too near?) where the families are, so parents are able to 'join in' but still be near enough and in visual sight of the little ones....

lmao ;D ;D ;D

I reckon families should go on the big field opposite where you tent was Jaime. Like you say parents will be able to see the kids tents and still be able to be with the rest having a laugh.

Along that hedge where JueV6 and SheWhoMustNotBeOutbid stuck up their part time pikey tent last year, and where Jay W was for last 2 years?  Sounds like a plan?

Yeah thats where i was thinking, plus like we said yesterday we can get smaller tents on one pitch. That is also ok with the owner :y
