Swindon had about the same amount of snow as you tunnie......i was out and working 6.30am  :y .......just got back in now.
And i got RWD with no weight over the back wheels....as just about all the pickups this morning were 1 person and they sat in the front.

I found the best approach if i got stuck on an incline.....was drop it into R let it go back a couple of inches.....str8 back D.....before its completely stopped going backwards and floor it.......and let the TC deal with it  :y worked evertime  :y

Tho a CD doesnt have TC so wouldnt have helped you  ;D and ive also been told the TC on Omegas is that good  :-/
I thought it was you trying to mow me down in Morrisons carpark in Reading earlier - a silver facelift taxi screeming towards me...  ...then I remembered you got the merc ;D

And you could be having another day off tunnie.....if you get the same weather as swindon overnight......metoffice web site is predicting for swindon (ive found metoffice to be the most reliable) heavy snow from 3am to 6am again, same as last night  :y

well i stuck the car at the front of the drive way this morning, so should be much easier to get out, that said if there is the same amount of snow again, i might be working from home again
