NSS-Do you like it ?

For some - not stomach safe ;D

I like it..its not easy to prepare (cleaning takes more than an hour)

but very delicious..

seriously.. some like it, some not.. but have very high protein..

I quite like it but prefer it dried then cooked, bit chewy though for not a lot of flavour.

the secret to cook is:

* before you buy you must smell.. if no bad smell its ok..

* the big head part contains the organs , you must cut it without exploding the stomach and intestine..

*then  you need to clean the skin by hand..  ( a bit tedious)

then boil it for 7-8 minutes in water..

* now clean the pores of the arms..and cut them

after either you cut small pieces and fry or ,

use a pressurized cooker  for 20 minutes with 1-2 glass of water and 1-2 cube sugar.. (smells sweet)

then let it for cool down..  use some lemon and salt to prepare as salad..
