I enjoy all seafood.  Secret is the correct preperation for each and all species...  Spent too many years on ships with Hong Kong Chinese crew and cooks to be bashfull....   :-*

Like your recipe description...  Sounds really tasty!!   :y

seriously.. some like it, some not.. but have very high protein..

Same in the philippines Cem....the wife leaving on an island and being right next too the sea they literally eat anything.

They tend too catch the octopus themselves by hand....not my thing but she says they are delicious and would be jealous seeing that picture you posted. :y

it tastes really nice.. when its cooking you smell the sea..

but its better you dont see the preparation.. ;D

ps: also I must add that during cooking/boiling you must not add any salt..

Never tried it but i've an open pallette where food is concerned so i would'nt turn my nose up if sat at your table. A favourite dish of the Polish is Carp. Not being a fisherman i believe carp is a freshwater fish which as a rule we don't eat. They enjoy it with potatoes, pickled veggies & vodka..& why not? :P :y
