I used to live in Redditch, there used to be a rail tunnel linking Redditch to Studley, long time closed and blocked off, at night sometimes, you could hear a train rumbling through the tunnel.

but most of it seems put on
not seen any ghosts
but when we first moved it to our house we used to here the stairs creck as if someone has walked up the stairs we used to smell burning in 1 part of he ktchen and not anywhere else
1 time we herd the sound as if someone had run there finger with a ring on along the bumps in the radiator

I have had two unexplainable experiences.

Whilst living in Louth, Lincs. My niece (4yrs old) said "Who is that"  whilst pointing towards a corner of my garden. She described him in reasonable detail. From her description she was seeing a man wearing clothes late 19th early 20th century.

I could see nothing...............  ::)

I was repairing an electric wheelchair for a young lady near Louth. Upon reassembling the chair I found a part to be missing. After searching all over the sparsely furnished room her Dad said he would fit it when its turns up.

Suddenly we heard a noise across the room. There was the part. Hot to the touch. The girl said it was Henry, playing.

The girl was not responsible, she was a paraplegic............. ::)

Her Dad said she often talks to a friend called Henry............... ::)

While working laying flooring in an old mill it was late at night, myself and another lad were nailing down the plywood when a dark shadow passed the room door. We both stopped at exactly the same time and looked at each other I asked if he'd just experienced what i'd seen. He confirmed, we down tools and legged it. I don't believe in ghosts though can't explain what happened. One of the things that always gets me about ghost stories is that they always appear fully clothed period or otherwise. Surely a spirit has no form? :o

i love this subject.

i worked with 3 blokes who work away like i do. they reckon they were walking through a graveyard after the pub in a place in kent i think and a full scale battle started with horsemen and soldiers. heads being cut off and people being shot. said hes never been so scared in his life. said to look it up on the internet but i never remembered it, supposed to be 1 of the most haunted sies in britain  ;D ;D

you go in the tunnels under victoria. the further you go, the stranger it becomes, gets cold, the quietness changes and you hear wierd sounds. you really sense there are people there, and it becomes to the point because you start worrying, you lose track where you are dont know which way to go. i really did panic, hot bricks coming out my pants. i take these things very serious so much has happened in my life concerning all this stuff. i think its one of the most fascinating subject there is. i love the thrill of being scared to death and then being able to laugh after

Me aswell, I have spent hours reading about sightings and experiences. But never seen anything myself. Nobody seems to be able to explain it with a definative explanation.

In York there is a place where Roman foot soldiers march but you can only see them from the waist up. They are walking on a road long gone and the streets have been built up to there present level.  :y

I had a strange sighting one dark night on my way home from my moms. I was living in Kidderminster at the time and was cutting through the country lanes to get home quicker. Came round a really sharp bend with a dairy farm just off the bend and had to anchor hard. I nearly went up the back of what looked like a stagecoach, it swung off to the right and right through a 20 foot high hedge at the side of the milking block. I went back to speak to the farmer a few days later and he said he'd seen it loads of times and that the main gate used to be there till his father moved it to the other side of the sheds and planted the hedge! :o :o
