Why do us men love cleavage so much

I was in my local supermarket lastnight when i noticed this lass, for a second or two i thought it was my girlfriend, because her hair & figure was very similer. When i got level with her i had a look at her & she'd got a very nice set. Her blouse was open & you could see down her top (think she was doing it on purpose). When walked around the aisle I noticed a guy with his girlfriend, he couldn't take his eyes off them.
Why is it us men love the bit that the two pushed together make (cleavage)
Do you find yourself compelled to look as this guy was? I must admit, they were very nice :D :D :D :D :D :D 8-) 8-) 8-)
