Speed limit reduction

I could link to a newspaper article, but I find the Devil's Kitchen article much better as it reflects my views.

Caution: strong language.

You'd still be in 3rd using more fuel cos you'd not be going fast enough to get into top (with reference to proper gearboxes) ;) ;) :y

Were you driving along Bury & Bolton Rd last night then? There was a bloody great queue behind some dithering b'stard doing 25 along one of the biggest primary routes in the area, when I was on my way home from work.  ;D  :y

At a time when the economy is in meltdown, this government wants to roll out more SPECS cameras costing millions in order to spy on us. Just wait until they reduce the motorway limit to 60 then use SPECS to reinforce it. Then, it's just a short step to road charging. Job done.

I didn't know the government had that much spare cash swilling around.

email your local couldn't give a sh1te about you as long as I climb the politcal ladder(or is that just mine cough David Chaytor, friendly MP and tell him/her what you think of their plans.
It'll not make a scrap of difference, but at least you'll know you told him/her your thoughts on the matter.  ::)  ::)  :y  :y
