I've just been accepted as a Student Paramedic with the London Ambulance Service     :) :)

I'm a Director of International Business Develpment for a giant security company. Sounds more glamourous than it is. Actually, I sell our offender electronic monitoring technologies and services over the world. I get to travel a fair amount but it soon looses it shine. Spend a lot more time sitting at home writing tenders which is what I should be doing now!

It was indeed!  Still need to get through a driving assessment and a medical, but I need to hand my notice in here before I do them.  Should be alright though     :y

Somehow ended up as accounts/admin manager for the company I've worked for for 31 years!! :-? Started out as a field service engineer and progressed to technical operations manager. Got fed up with being on the road all the time (most of the time sat in jams on the M25) so moved into the office to run purchasing and stock control. Became a bit of an expert with the company's computer system and started getting involved with accounts. When the previous accounts/admin manager left, they offered the position to me and so here I am. The irony of it is that I always hated maths at school and hated anything to do with accounts!! Funny old world ain't it. ::)

Radio Communications Engineer for the last 20 years, prior to that Audio and Sound Engineer with a heavy bias on Electronics.
