Apparently Banks aren't lending money anymore - unless it's for a good reason.

40 tonne tank seemed like a good enough one to me. ;D

Fella up this way did similar with a slurry tanker and a length of hose passed through the letterbox of the unsuspecting individual with whom he had a grievance...  

Didn't half kick up a stink.....   ::)
