Did you switch off all your lights and electricals for an hour tonight??? I did and boy was it fun driving with no lights on..... :P ;D ;D ;D

Didn't think it was a gov thing -- thought it was some eco warriors idea  :-?

We did get an office email asking those working to respect the hour -- working ??? At 8:30 on a Saturday Evening ?? ---- I should coco  :D

i think it was WWF, they have been advertising it all over the net. i didn't bother. global warming a load of crap in my opinion, its just the earth doing what it wants not so long ago there were suggestions that a new ice age could be on the way. the earth has always changed over hundreds of years

I cant actually see what all the fuss is about. Apparently, sea levels will rise by about 3 metres, putting a lot of coastal areas underwater and diplacing/killing millions of people.

1) The world is over populated and could do with losing a couple of billion.

2) It wont be us.

Our washing  machine...................broke down mid-cycle last night..............so I have helped to save the world in my own little way. :y :y

Wasn't Antartica a lovely green pasture land at one time, and didn't ice create lots of the valleys we take for granted. Surely climate change is out of our control whatever we do. We were also told to plant flowers in our gardens that were suitable for long periods of drought they would have been washed away last year, So I don't believe any of the scarer mongering tactics the governments are using to tax us with. >:(

yup it must have done something ;) i went out to my car to scrape ice off this morning & its nearly bleedin april >:( getting warmer my ar5e, are these eco warriors blind,stupid or just jealous cos they dont have the brains to pass a driving test to drive a car >:(
