Longest Ride yet!
« on: 29 March 2009, 18:36:45 »

Went off with TheBoy today for a blast around the local roads, did 90 miles in total  :o

Stopped once for a can of pop and a twix, still feel good, no major aches or pains. Cracking weather though, really sunny and clear riding through the rolling hills of Buckinghamshire.

Getting much smoother on the controls, and more confidence in the sweeping turns, hooked up some bike2bike radios as well very useful!

He needs to wash it first, was covered in garage dust. No doubt we will go out again and try and pause in some scenic bits  :y

Only if its of its good side, not the side that scrapped along the tarmac for 100 odd yards  :-[

Tunnie is right, its bloody filthy at the moment - my garage is all dusty, and it settled on the bike, and turned to what looks like grey dirt after yesterdays blast in the rain  :'(

I'm struggling to buy replacement fairing panels - although mine is the common black/red/grey colours, the pattern is the rarer of the 2 types...
