Big thanks to Martin Imber
« on: 29 March 2009, 22:10:18 »

I recently bought a video of Jimi Hendrix playing at Berkley. The seller assured me it was VHS, but it turned out to be Beta.  :'(  However Martin, being a Sony Betamax fan kindly offered to transcribe it for me, for a very reasonable fee. It arrived beautifully done, he even made a DVD jacket from the original Beta sleeve, it looks brand new, and plays well.  :y

Many thanks Martin

Luckily I have a couple of top end Beta decks and one of them still works well.

The tape picture was pretty good and sound was HiFI stereo
