Sounds like you (set of 4?), me (2 sets of 4), Kevin (1 set) and maybe Scruntie would be interested.

Indeed. I would like a set of 4 of the Meyle bushes. If you're happy to order them in one go then PM me some details and I'll get payment to you by whatever means you like. Failing that I'll order them separately.

Kevin

I will order the Omega ones then, after what Matchless said and looking at the picture, as the Meyle picture shows it off centre

If still want the BMW HD ones let me know b4 I order.

http://www.vauxcentre.co.uk/index.php?product_id=485975&option=Prod_detail&image_id=190941

comes with 12 month warranty

sorry for thread hijack :-[

Is the nearside one predrilled for HID level sensor (2 holes)?

dbug

i wont know until they arrive tomorrow, i'l let you know then.  i would presume so. :-[

upon further investigation the answer is no.  the two holes will have to be drilled using existing wishbone.   :o

should not be too much of a problem :-/

Iggy , I will go for the regular Omega ones too - 2 sets.

Shall I give him a call and see if he is up for a deal - only  going to be a few quid but what the heck..   Sounds like we are up for 4 sets between you, Kevin and me.

Iggy,
Just spoke to Jason.   Turns out he doesn't need to place the order until Thursday, which gives us a bit more time for any others to get on board.

Cheers,
Ian

iggy21uk – I would order one set (2+2) but I don’t have any tools to do it. Do you have a hydraulic press or using special tool? Any help would be welcome.
I bought a set of Bilstein/ Febi 10 monhts ago, but count be bothered to do it myself and mechanic has tighten up all screws before lowering my car. This way one of horizontal rubbers is leaking now…

BTW - How much is a Meyle idler?

Martin (sp?),
I just asked at the place I had my MOT done (Woolhampton) - they have a press and would do it for a tenner.  I am sure any workshop is likely to have similar equipment.
Cheers

My name is Marcin, but Martin is ok as well [ch61514]
Sorry – steering idler. I will have to check my suspension idlers as well.
Right – Ian is from Reading so I could collect it from here. I know that there are tools to replace bushings. It’s just few big washers/adapters with screw to push it in. Money is not a problem but the car needs to be on the ramp for a while…
I neew to think about the tool but you can add one full set of bushings for me.

Hi,
Message for Iggy.
Being one of the "Front bush failure mob" at WIM on Sunday, I would be pleased if you would also order a set of the Meyle bushes for me.

If what you are calling a set is 2 horizontal and 2 of the vertical, then thats what I want.

Just let me know how much ££ to send you.

Roger
