I've lit up

Just treat it as a lapse and try again straight away.  Treat it as a possitive rather than negative.

OK, so you didnt manage to quit this time.  But how many fags [size=12]DID'NT [/size]you smoke.  Surely that has to be a bonus.

You managed 3 days this time, now lets see what your next record is.

im smoking like a chimney at the moment, should slow down a bit now me boy has gone home.
some cheapos going round in the pub £15 for 200. there called ciggarats  ;D ;D
