What's all this then, OOF turned in to betting shop ? Has there been a special race today then ?  ;D ;D ;D

I can't win anything, as I did not bet on anything, would have thrown money away if I had, as not very lucky at that sort of thing.

mine was in the lead most of the way then the jockey decided to go over the top at the 19th i think it was.  >:(

An each-way bet is a wager offered by bookmakers consisting of two separate bets; a win bet and a place bet.

Better read on the actual site than putting it here.

One of my girls had £2 on the nose, so £200 richer.  :)

just to confuse further - some bookies were paying 5th and maybe 6th place, if you backed the winner it should all still add up to the same ::)
