Yep, someone thought it would be a good idea to start this Grand Prix in a country where at this time of the year, at the race start time, monsoon type downpours happen regularly as clockwork!!!

The bits of F1 I saw this morning were the same old boredom as normal, hardly any overtaking.

And not driving in the rain? Gay boys.  The cars should be designed to run when its wet as well - I suspect a lot of pissed off Mayalisans who probably paid £100 to see 1hr of cars follow each other.

They may be super cars TB, but they are not amphibian with radar!

What F1 has lost sight of is that its a sport, ultimately paid for by spectators. If they piss off the spectators - which seems to have happened over the past few years (forgetting the Hamilton effect in the UK) - then the sport has no money.
