Looking for omega diesel estate
« on: 16 April 2009, 15:25:14 »

Hi ya, im searching for a diesel estate omega, not really too bothered about age condition good, mileage not too far over the 100,000 mark.

Have been looking on ebay and auto trader but there are not that many! Was hoping someone on here may be able to help!

We have always had vauxhalls, do not know a great deal about the 2.2 dti engine. Does anybody have opinions on which is better, the bmw 2.5 diesel engine or the 2.2 dti engine?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks

Sorry Sarah, I missed the point, being very tired, that you wanted an Estate, so I now realise that the 2.5td saloon in the for sale section is not going to appeal! ::) ::) ;)

Mind you that car is a lovely example!! 8-) 8-) 8-) :y

The 2.2dti is pretty solid ours did 401k before it expired recently just need to keep the oil and filters fresh not waiting for the ridiculous 20k intervals  :)by the way everyone our replacement engine is now fitted and we're heading for the 500k ;D ;D
