I like it! That's what I'm trading the meriva for when I'm ready. :y

In fact, I was looking at this the other day.

Very good.

You want a design, SRi or Elite, the rest are a bit basic (I have an Elite).

The 150bhp version also gets 17inch wheels, ESP and stiffer suspension.

There is no difference in CO2 or consumption between the 2 engines (although they are different power plants). Beware the autos as they are 2 tax bands higher and quite a bit more thirsty.

Lol, I actualy wanted a crew cab pickup but that was not allowed!

If I could have dropped onto a reasonbaly priced 2.2 Dti Omega estate I would have probably gone for one.

Its not new, it was registered in Feb 2008 and is a 2008 model year (although 57 plate) with 13K miles on it.

I had to clean it today as I got it at cost price so it had not been fully valeted (although it was serviced) so out came the clay bar and polishing mop etc!

I also got given a full kit (on the quiet) of this mega expensive auto glym treatment they try to sell you.

I used it but, it consists of nothing more than the following:

A Rainex equivalent
A washer bottle additive
A good polymer wax
A bottle of spray for the upholstery.

So in reality you dont get much for the £200+ they try to get you to part with!

For anybody considering such treatment, just get it clayed, mopped and use a good polymer wax (e.g. Meguiras Next Generation) and a bottle of rainex!

Ow yes, the mig was doing 37-38 mpg on my commute.

seems spacious and comfy inside..

wont make repair costs at least 3-4 years and within 3 years you will get most of your money back ..logical..

but I cant trust them on fast curves, they seem to be a bit high on centre of weight :-/

The newer ones are much nicer than the orignal Zafiras, which I really was not a fan of.

50mpg is something I can only dream of (unless on the Kawasaki), but I couldn't tolerate the commute  :-[

Saying that, I nearly bought a Rover 45 diesel the other day, and our old Rover 420 diesel always managed 50+ mpg, until it had a nasty bump (then never managed more than 45mpg).  I miss that car  :'(
