Usually - open iexplorer and type http://192.168.1.1 into browser.  This should link you to the router - will probably ask for a user/password - default on a lot is admin/admin.  Once in you can check/change wireless passkey.

You have to connetct through normal wired Lan port.
Then go to the specified adress which is something like " http://168.12x.xxx.xxx". It should be written in the router manual. From there you should be able to check and change all the settings of the router including network name, password etc...

on the bottom or back or side of the router there will be an IP address something like 192.168.0.1

also there will be a U/N and P/W

what make of router are you using? who is you service provider?

Dont worry we will get you up and running without paying for some chimp to come and sort it! ;)

the username and password are on the bottom (something like virgin password)
Netgear routers sometimes need a restart if they have been left on for a while so try that.

on the left hand side of the screen you should see a list of areas to view!

go in to security and your looking for wireless!

in there you will find your WEP key

make sure this is the same as what your typing in when it askes you to!

also check that wireless is enabled!

dont change anything in there tho or you will be buggered!
