Cam Belt Locking Kit - 3.0 MV6

Anyone know where to get the best value locking kit for a 3.0 MV6 or does anyone hire theres out???? (Happy to arrange courier both ways if they do)

Desperate to get hold of one but dont want to spend a fortune. Did have one lined up but the person hasnt returned it to who I was buying it from so left without one. Already spent a fortune and need to get her back on the road before the fiat breaksdown again as almost spent as much on that as the mig  :'(

I've got one and I work in Maltby so not far from Rotherham. PM for further details.

It worked on my 2.5 but I suppose its the same for 3; anyone confirm?

To do: Replace brake discs and pads; adjust already replaced shoes; check for leaks in oil cooler, cambelt area, crank seals, sump, dipstick; replace osf door; replace a tyre; clean, MOT.

Yes the same locking kit fits a 2.5, 2.6, 3.0 and 3.2  :y

Just seen a cam locking tool on ebay, iirc was about £3.50, dont know if you need anything else. I was searching under the general search for 'locking tool'

That'l be no good for a V6 Mike - bet it is a cam locker for a 4 pot at that price.  Off ebay expect to pay $40-£50 for a V6 one ;)

Thanks everyone but now sorted. Bumbazor has arranged to loan me his kit for the time being. Will look at buying one another month  :y
