No mate he wont get done.
There is no way the Police could investigate this and confirm his identity before the mandatory 14 days time limit runs out
It is wrong, but until the government change the law on number plates on bikes its a little loop hole that bikers are lucky to have.
On the western ring road in Nottingham there are Specs speed cameras and they cant detect bikes either.......hence bikes speeding along that road like its a motorway whilst drivers of other vehicles are stuck at 40mph.....
I think in court a motorist could plead victimisation, as motorbikers are as good as exempt from any forward facing speed camera equipment....

So what if they do have a camera facing out of the side and have his plate on video, Can they be presented in court or do they have to have a video of him speeding and the plate in one complete shot?
Thanks
The camera will record his speed and have his reg. no. in the photo,I would imagine.
edit;webby may well be right about them not using 2 cameras in the same van,I wouldnt know tbh.
As for the speed being stupid, imo it depends on circumstances,it wouldnt be considered stupid or illegal on certain German autobahns for example, but we have covered that subject many times in the past.
