Stopped using them scumbags a while ago, due to making warranty claims hard work and time consuming :(.  Still, not quite as bad as Bluepoint....
they must have changed the way they do things I had some faulty memory, sent it back and after testing sent out new sticks with no problems

Scan is £10 more for 1U PSU, i stopped using scan ages ago too.

They were expensive on everything compared to ebuyer.

I always check ebuyer first, had great service from them - they even took back my lcd because it had 2.5 duff pixels and replaced no questions :y

I had to keep chasing them every time I sent stuff back, with their testing taking 2-3 weeks every time

I used to rate Novatech, thought they went bust several years ago, not used them recently.  Often used to pop in the car and drive to Portsmouth :y

7 day shop - don't use them at all now, feed up with constantly sending stuff back for being faulty. They were always quick to replace/refund though, but failure rate of new parts was too high - made me wonder if parts I sent back got thrown back on the shelves as new....

Not when you walk in the shop with it and have known the owners since they ran the company from an old wooden shack in Little Lever.  ;D

Last time I complained to them many years ago, I gave them such a hard time they also sent me 6 T-shirts (with Scan printed on the back) as a sweetener.  They are bloody handy for working on the car :) :) ;)
