sad- can't drive the meega...

....as ive sliced through a tendon while working on a dishwasher- sodding things, they are very poorly finished when ya strip them down and are razor edged -so diyer's beware.........
hopefully get me mini cast off on friday, bang goes fitting a double glazing door, a trip to pick up my littlun, a kayaking trip and an activity/party weekend..... :'( :'(
never mind- gives me a little more time at home to listen to the wall of noise from my considerate neighbours.... >:( >:(

Does this mean your little trip at the end of the month is now off?

Hope you recover soon... And don't go doing it again as an excuse not to come to the meet... It's looking like a goodun :y :y :y

Sliced tendons take a while to heal (i know from experience)
I hope your hand's better soon, it'll take about ten weeks before you feel happy about using it. My injurie's 18 months old now & still gives me problems :-[ :( :'(

lucky im ambidextrious ! ill still be camping at the end of the month but the kayaking is out :'(
nowt will stop me from the meet, mind you our area is prone to hurricanes, tornados, ball lightening and canvassing mp's -so watch this space............ ;D

Poor bugger Tony as you know I love dishwasher repairing (NOT) wont be tinkering hopefully again with one for sometime since buying Mrs willyboy  a new Hotpoint  (absolutely loves it) :y

You will have to wear some leather gloves when opening them tinkers up in back ehehehee :D

ouch - have you tried using the Kevlar gloves from Screwfix - I tested my first pair with a razor blade and didn't even mark it
