Thats easy, use Percy   Tho I assume you havent been careless and lost him as you did Sammy  

Then pop out and buy the new part.......ie a new cooker

Ahhh... Last time ours needed parts it was a new glass door and associated parts so I bought a nearly new one from eBay for £12

As half the grill works, and the bottom oven still works, I did ask her what the problem was...

...she kindly got some frozen peas to help with the swelling

Pretty certain I need something like:

Is the same element used to heat the top oven on these, as the top oven has been slow to preheat for a while?
