But LSG I have just discovered the 2005 Ford GT, 550 bhp, 0-60 in 3.7 seconds, with a top speed of 205 mph!! :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* ;)  Oh yes, and its going for £125,000.

Why would I want a BMW?? ::) ::) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;)

But an M5 may be slower getting there but you could get 205 MPH if you take the limiter off  :D It actually does 204 MPH but i'm sure it could find that extra MPH  ;D

He's had a couple of X5s, and I've been in plenty of others.  They are not that comfy, not great handling (even considering the format), inept off road.

Plenty of far better cars in that format. If you must have a 'idiot badge', get a saloon, preferrably M3/M5 or Alpina.

Must be so frustrating, driving round imagining what that engine would be like in something with a less agricultural chassis. ::)

... but then, of course X5 drivers drive round imagining that everyone's admiring them.
