Hi, last few weeks have gone Omega mad for me. Its like someone is playing a joke on me with Omegas. I am half expecting a film crew to jump out on me as I keep getting offered Omegas in involuntary conversations with people when I havent mentioned them!!

I need some advice on values for 2 cars I have been offered, and another 2 that my dad and brother are selling....

1) I've seen a 2002 (52 plate) Omega Elite saloon in black with full grey leather and all the extras except no satnav. Its an auto obviously and she has weeping rocket cover gaskets and mayonnaise in the oil filler cap so looks like breathers, new rocket cover gaskets, and oil cooler need doing???

She has 80k on the clock, is mot's and has full service history.

Owner is looking to sell her for £1500 but I reckon she may come for £1000-1100.

What do you reckon she is really worth though?

2) Another chap has approached me about a 60k 1 owner from new 2002 (I think) Omega 3.2 Elite in burgundy with full leather etc AND WITH LOTUS tuned suspension and a special bodykit. I havent seen the car so am taking his word for it that this is the case. Was there a special model like this? If so what's it worth he is talking of figures in the region of £2500.

3) My bro has a 2001 2.2 GLS saloon in silver with 80k on the clock. Its imaculate and has full service history. We have advertised but no replies so am guessing he may be asking too much....? Advice please!

4) Finally, my dad has an ex Vauxhall demonstrator Elite estate 1997 2.5 turbo diesel. Its all original unmolested and unchipped. It has full service history mainly Vauxhall and full heated seats plus cruise, ac, etc. No sat nav. Its on the for sale board but again no offers yet so what do you think? Its champagne with full black leather. I would have bought her myself but I dont have the space!

Just paid peanuts for a 53 plate 3.2 Elite with front end damage, easy repair to be honest but guy did not fancy claiming on the insurance....

Cheers mate. 1st one is a 3.2 engine.
