Yep hot here. Had a look at the nhs direct website advice for coping with heat. It says to drink plenty of liquids. Better have another ice cold beer! :y

Is it just me? I remember loads of days in the high 80s when I was young, yet we never got all these dire warnings. I would have though that common sense would prompt people to seek out the shade and keep hydrated.

Stll, Nanny knows best.  ::)

90 degrees and it is a 'danger to health' heatwave!! ::) ::) ::) ::)

Give me strength! :-X :-X :-X :-X  A bit of snow and this country comes to a halt; now 90 degrees F. / 32 degrees C. warrants 'panic' public warnings in the UK! ::) ::) ::)

Those in regular hot climates must laugh at us!  100 degrees, now that is the start of it getting seriously hot! 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

Any comments Cem?  :-? :-?:D :D :D ;)

80 is a reason to drink beer!
90 is a reason to put ice in the beer!
100 is a reason to drink beer in the dark!
